LIBERTY INSTITUTE
Liberty Institute is a non-profit, public policy research and educational organisation, registered as a trust. Consequently, the Liberty Institute was formed to promote awareness and appreciation of the four institutional pillars of a free society - individual rights, the rule of law, limited government, and free markets.
LIBERTY INSTITUTE
Liberty Institute is a non-profit, public policy research and educational organisation, registered as a trust. It is dependent on the support and cooperation of all freedom loving people. It does not accept funding from any governmental agency. This way the Liberty Institute hopes to retain its independence, demonstrate its commitment to its ideas, and live up to its promise of being an organisation "where the mind is without fear...".
The Institute particularly seeks to improve our understanding of market processes; to identify the factors that may have restricted the evolution of the market and ways of overcoming those factors; to estimate the costs - social and economic - of curbs on the market forces; to propose market-based alternatives to government regulations in the economy and increasingly in new areas such as social policy, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
