PWTN works to train representatives of various professional groups like Medical professionals, media, politicians, trade union and human rights activists on promotion and protection of human rights and use their knowledge to document violation of rights and dissemination of their knowledge on Human Rights in the community.

PWTN tries to look at the concept of human rights from the point of view of the victims. The training focuses on providing an overall understanding of the definition of human rights, rights in the Police station, human rights institutions and International human rights mechanisms, how to intervene when a victim approaches them, skills on human rights complaints handling, how to undertake advocacy for promoting human rights standards and introducing policy changes within the state. It prepares an explanation of all Fundamental Rights and Directive Principle of State Policy.
The project focuses on training in protection of human rights and individual dignity.
